wash your face with honey

I have combination skin and adult acne, so what may work for one area may irritate another. lately I’ve been washing with baking soda a moisturizing with coconut oil – it’s been better but I still get the occasional blemish on my chin or by the bottom of my nose. I’m trying raw/unpasteurized honey now morning and night. I wet my face and then glide about a dimes worth then rinse off. If you wear makeup you may have to use a wipe or makeup remover first as honey isn’t good for cleaning that off. Honey has anti-bacterial properties like coconut oil and also a moisturizing effect (like coconut), and is gentle enough for sensitive skin – like eczema and rosacea.
